Compensation:            $80,000.00 per year + Performance Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Do: As our Operations Manager, you’re the person who keeps everything running smoothly.  You’ll coordinate schedules, check in on job sites, support our crews, and make sure our customers are taken care of.  Basically, you’ll help us deliver the kind of roofing experience Skagit Roofing is known for.
 
Daily responsibilities include:

• Scheduling crews and keeping projects on track
• Making sure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Visiting job sites to check progress, quality and safety.
• Troubleshooting issues and getting your hands dirty from time to time
• Communicating with customers and answering questions
• Reinforcing a safety-first mindset

• Experience in roofing and construction
• Someone who’s great with people and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel to jobsites around Skagit, Whatcom, Island and North Snohomish Counties

• $80,000 per year plus Performance bonuses
