Member Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association (SICBA). We are excited to welcome you as a new member! Your annual membership investment is $480.00, plus a voluntary $25.00 PAC contribution. Membership with SICBA is a 3-in-1 opportunity, providing you with local benefits as well as full membership in the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). If selecting the optional monthly payment plan, the undersigned agrees to pay the balance owed for membership dues in 12 equal, consecutive monthly installments, plus a $3.00 monthly processing fee. The undersigned hereby authorizes SICBA, or its assigns, to initiate and make debit entries to the account indicated. The first withdrawal will be made upon approval of membership, followed by withdrawals on the 5th of each month for payment of all amounts owed by the undersigned pursuant to the membership agreement and annual dues described above. An authorized signer on the Company’s checking, savings, or credit card account indicated above must execute this Authorization Agreement. This agreement binds the Payer to one full year of membership dues, paid in monthly installments. In the event funds are not available in the account indicated above on the date payment is due, SICBA, or its assigns, may attempt to process the payment again within three (3) business days. A fee may be assessed for each transaction if sufficient funds are not available. For the Payer’s convenience, membership renewal is automatic each year. If the Payer decides to cancel membership, the Payer must notify SICBA within 30 days of the membership renewal date. If the Payer wishes to discontinue the monthly payment option, all outstanding membership dues and fees become due in full upon notification.
