Founders Donna and Brian Backman

Donna and Brian got their start in senior care planning and senior living in high school as they both began the journey of caring for others. “The Mount” Senior Living of West Seattle, which currently serves over 400 residents, was an inspiration for their lifelong commitment to serving older adults and becoming leaders in senior care planning.

Their background includes owning a marketing company which promoted large-scale senior events, managing medical and non-medical home health agencies, and overseeing senior living communities. With decades of experience in senior care planning, they are fierce advocates for seniors and have helped thousands of families work through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Their reputation is celebrated for programs such as Songs & Stories, Health Fairs, Senior Community Advocacy, and Fundraising — all rooted in a deep commitment to thoughtful senior care planning. Donna and Brian have been leaders in both Washington and Tennessee, enhancing the lives of seniors, families, and team members through comprehensive senior care planning strategies.

Today, through ATSC, Donna and Brian offer a No Charge Service for seniors and families. They specialize in senior care planning by helping find the right options with knowledge and care during times of transition.
