PJ Ryan is a residential construction professional with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in custom home building, foundations, framing, finish carpentry, inspections, and construction consulting. As owner of Stix & Stone Construction, Paul brings a craftsmanship-first approach focused on quality, durability, code compliance, and clear communication.

His background includes construction design and drafting education, U.S. Navy Seabee construction experience, and decades of high-end residential work throughout the Pacific Northwest. Paul is also the owner of iNK Home Inspections LLC and a Certified Master Inspector®, giving him a unique perspective as both a builder and inspector.
